Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sri Sharavi Beach Villas & Spa. Please read these terms and conditions to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Booking and Payments

  • All rates are in USD and include breakfast.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid two months before arrival for Peak bookings and one month before for low- to high-season bookings.
  • Deposits for Peak season bookings are non-refundable.
  • If you wish to change the date of your stay and have already paid a deposit or the full amount, we will do so at our discretion.
  • The Suites accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children under 12 years old.
  • There is a surcharge of USD 89 per extra adult.
  • There is a surcharge of USD 58 per child under 12 years of age.
  • Children under 3 years stay complimentary in villa and suite reservations.
  • Payments are processed entirely on the Secure Payment Sites operated by The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) for Master and Visa card payments. Your card details have not been received or stored at Sri Sharavi Beach Villas & Spa.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of a Peak or High season booking is free of charge up until 2 months before the arrival date, subject to an administration fee of USD 150.
  • Cancellation of Normal season booking is free of charge up until 1 month before the arrival date, subject to an administration fee of USD 150.
  • Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation without a refund.
  • In the improbable event that we need to cancel your booking before the date of your arrival, you will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid.
  • Sri Sharavi is not responsible for refunds for cancelled bookings. We strongly advise all guests to have travel insurance.
  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is 2 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.
  • Late check-out or early check-in may be arranged based on availability and may incur additional fees.
  • A valid government-issued ID/passport is required upon check-in.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must maintain the villa in good condition and will be held responsible for any damages or missing items.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is allowed outdoors and on the terraces.
  • Noise levels concerning other guests must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm.

Villa Facilities and Usage

  • Guests are responsible for using the villa facilities responsibly and at their own risk.
  • The pool is unsupervised; an adult must always accompany children.
  • The villa is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
  • Management reserves the right to terminate a stay without a refund if guests breach any terms and conditions or engage in illegal activities.

Force Majeure

  • The villa is not liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

Privacy Policy

  • Guest information will be used solely to manage bookings and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

Governing Law

  • The laws of Sri Lanka govern these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
  • By confirming your reservation and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
